She usually has a full schedule with meetings so she did not have time to cross the city and wait for her appointment to talk about the procedure.
The solution: a 15 minute call on Skype to discuss her concerns and questions with the doctor. Did you imagine a conversation with a plastic surgeon is something you can do between meetings?
It is a great initial screening tool for the clinic and it helps educating the prospective patients when it suits them and without leaving their office. The follow visits will be in person of course.
